Youtube Struggles to Play This Video in 1080p

@t3ssel8r: Has the @YouTube 1080p encode gotten more bandwidth aggressive recently? I get some pretty distracting flickering blocking artifacts on static sections of video that I'm not too sure how to prevent.

@t3ssel8r: After a lot of tests, I'm pretty confident the issue is how heavily compressed the 1080p VP9 encode is. Youtube targets half the bitrate of its h264 encode, which might be fine in general but behaves poorly with my specific content (vector motion graphics over a dark background)

え～何回アップロードしてもどうしてもavc1引いちゃうなあ

一応画質が悪くなってる1080pの動画見てきたけど、どれもVP9かAV1なんだよな

30分にして上げてもavc1だな　24fpsだからか？
